    Strivana was built to solve a problem every growing business knows too well: the hidden cost of hiring. From expensive job board listings and weeks of screening, to onboarding delays that keep your new hire from being productive for months — traditional hiring drains time, money, and energy before a single task gets done. We knew there had to be a smarter way to access world-class talent — faster, leaner, and without the overhead.

    Why Latin America

    We had worked alongside Latin American professionals for years and seen it firsthand — the work ethic, the English fluency, the cultural alignment with US business norms, and the sheer talent sitting untapped across Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and beyond. These weren't "affordable alternatives." They were exceptional people who just needed the right bridge to the right opportunity.

    What We Built

    We built Strivana to be that bridge. Today, we serve small to mid-size US businesses, agencies, real estate teams, e-commerce brands, law firms, and executives — placing dedicated, long-term virtual assistants and BPO professionals who work in US time zones and deliver executive-level output at 30–70% less than equivalent US hires.
